We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Orders received before 11am on a business day will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Your destination address is the main factor to determine the delivery time required. In addition to the order processing time, we prepared a table for your reference to have an estimated delivery time according to your destination.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been packed and on the way to your location, an email will be sent to your registered email with all of your tracking details. All Avocado eBike clients can also access these details by going to MY ACCOUNT and choosing the ORDERS menu in your online account.

If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team (email to avocadoebike@outlook.com) so we can lodge an enquiry for you.
Free shipping australia wide
On all orders over $100. Excluding some regional or remote areas.
We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia for all orders over $100 or $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 – surcharges may apply to remote locations within Australia.
Additional surcharges
Whilst we do deliver to most locations within Australia, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly or to cancel orders for low freight service areas, remote or regional locations, or islands. This is at the sole discretion of Avocado eBike.
Assembly & Package sizes
Our eBikes come 95% assembled, with both wheels attached inside the box. A quick 15-20 minutes assembly is required. The bike boxes are approximately 190 x 26 x 90 cm and weigh 48 kg. We recommend professional assembly to ensure your warranty is not void.
